Gestalt Therapy: A Path to Well-being!

Gestalt therapy is a therapy based on humanistic psychology as it focuses on the individual as a human being. It’s a holistic perspective that integrates the affective, social, sensory, and even spiritual realms. It doesn’t center so much on illness, but rather seeks to generate health from the potential that we all possess. It’s based primarily on feeling, on a dialogue between the body and our words to truly discover everything we are experiencing.

The goal is to cultivate awareness in the here and now. Gestalt therapy utilizes everything happening in the present moment to help us understand how we act in our environment and how it affects us, enabling us to make the changes we want in our lives.

Through self-knowledge and emotional and mental exploration of what happens with others, individuals in therapy can take responsibility for their own experiences and gain the self-support necessary to make decisions that align with their own values. This inner connection and awareness allow our customers to recover resources, nurture their self-esteem, manage their own growth, and find greater inner peace and harmony.
